טעימות הזום תפסו תאוצה בשנה האחרונה שאילצה רבים ורבות מאיתנו לחשב מסלול מחדש, ולהגיע אל הצרכנים והטועמים בדרכים יצירתיות ומגוונות. בורגון קראון תפסו את הנישה במהרה עם טעימות יצרן ואיזור, מוכוונות לשוק העילי של צרכני היין.
הפלטפורמה מאפשרת גישה בלתי אמצעית, נוחה וקלילה הישר מהסלון הביתי, ליינות מכלל הרמות של היצרנים השונים שמיובאים ע"י החברה, מה שנקרא מבלי לצאת מהבית. האמת היא שיש משהו הרבה יותר נכון ומדויק כאשר טועמים בשקט, מבלי 'רעשי רקע', שזה יתרון גדול על פני טעימות רבות משתתפים. בחלק מהטעימות מתארחים/ות היצרנים/ות העצמם/ן שזה בכלל שוס בפני עצמו.
שמחתי לקחת חלק בטעימה הנהדרת הזו של פרימייה קרו-אים ממרסו משלושה יצרנים שונים. הטעימה הונחתה ע"י אסף מבורגון קראון ויאיר היידו מצ'ירס, וגם הצטרפה אלזה מטרו מדומיין מטרו, לחלק של היינות שלה. היינות הגיעו במצב אופטימלי.
לסיכום, מומלץ בחום רב, שאפו גדול.

Taut and sophisticated with an opulent nose of yellow apples, and lemon curd. The nose is nuanced and doesn’t give away the warm vintage. On the palate this has a lovely steely minerality and thinness to it, with a fresh backbone of acidity. Will be interesting to see where it will go in a few years' time.

Reductive and steely on the nose with white tea and white pepper notes, with a sophisticated toasty frame. Rich on the palate with moderate acidity giving way to white peach notes and toast. Very subtle and sophisticated.
1er Blagny Matrot 17
Utterly expressive even with the young age of it. Pith and lemon zest combined with white pepper and a nutty character all wrapped up with a flinty minerality, and that x factor of sophistication and complexity.
On the palate this is driven and wide, full of length and complexity. Super young though full of concentration. Fantastic stuff.

Big and fleshy on the nose with charming fruit and a sexy sleekiness. This is intense and powerful, with lemon curd, pure flint and a steely minerality in the background, with a hint of floral notes probably from the vintage character. It's quite glossy on the palate though very driven and intense. Sleek, fleshy and layered, with great intensity.

Very cold in character with pitch and green apples, white flowers and a direct flinty minerality. Very focused and sharp nose, though with a ‘textbook’ quality of this cru. On the palate this has depth and layers, a soft round frame of acidity, and a very accessible character to it. Nonetheless, very taut and stylish.

1er Les Charmes Dessus Tessier 18
Really opulent with an appealing creaminess to it with lemon curd and a nutty, flinty frame to it. Quite soft on the palate with lovely layers of fruit and pith, textural and weighty. Very enjoyable.
